1. Returns
eBeauty Source Inc. accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplements, personal care products, intimate items, downloadable products, gift cards, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.
Our support team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. If approved, customers must ship the item back within 7 days after receiving return authorization instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the product arrived damaged,
- defective,
- or an incorrect item was shipped.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
If you do not receive your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you would like a replacement product, please contact our support team for assistance. Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
